Job Description

Our client is a global and well-established computer company seeking an individual with strong project management background to support a growing software engineering team.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate third party security assessments and projects as part of the Secure Product Lifecycle (SPLC)
  • Coordinate project related logistics: organize schedules and set up meetings, prepare for on-site or remote requirements, coordinate vendor travel and expenses, follow-up and contact project stakeholders for accountability and status updates, organize and track action items
  • Proactively manage calendars, schedule key meetings and facilitate them, coordinate all aspects for small and large group meetings with the ability to perceive needs and enable the meeting objectives to be achieved (i.e., arranging for time zones, presentation materials, attendee requirements, and documentation)
  • Proactively work with key stakeholders such as Asset, Product teams, IT, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure successful projects
  • Define, enter, track, and analyze project data and metrics to measure and improve the impact of the security assessments
  • Work with other Asset team members to maintain technical and user facing documentation
  • Work with other Asset team members to coordinate planning between projects

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; will interface with external partners and vendors, as well as with product teams and management
  • High level of professionalism with the ability to communicate at various levels within the company
  • Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and analytical ability
  • Dependability: meets commitments, accepts accountability, handles change, sets personal standards, and stays focused under pressure
  • Demonstrate the ability to handle confidential matters and an ability to exercise good judgment and discretion with sensitive issues
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Experience with MS Excel, JIRA/Confluence tools, MS Office 365 Sharepoint
  • Experience with survey creation tools like Allegiance or Survey Monkey
  • Knowledge of software and network security is preferred
  • No travel required
