Job Description
Able to identify and create a business process, which is a formalized set of tasks and activities that helps accomplish specific business objectives
Design processes and workflow that maximize efficiency, maintain high levels of customer experience, and comply with regulatory requirements
Manage complex systems process analysis and design
Provide consulting and applies expertise to business and IT development teams on tools and approach to automate and streamline key processes.
Anticipate and plan for process integration opportunities that support business objectives
Create process changes by integrating new processes with existing ones and communicate these changes to affected areas

Job Requirements
- Strong experience in UAT testing: ability to create test scrip, to manage extensive testing, to coordinate with IT/ business to resolve bugs during UAT
- 3+ years of experience working in Sales Operations/Business Process Management
- Understand Salesforce structure including objects, field security, page layout and field data type
- Understand Salesforce complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
- Good, demonstrable project management and organizational skills, ability to prioritize workload
- Conceptual thinking skills complemented by a strong quantitative orientation. proven track record of problem solving based on analytics
- Excellent report-writing and dashboard-creating skills
- Bachelor’s degree in MIS or similar quantitative field of study (Math, Economics, Financial, Engineering, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, etc.)
