Job Responsibilities
· Provide technical guidance or assessment in PCBA, SMT equipment and mechanical assembly
· Prepare engineering documentation to production and support proto build
· Act as the primary interface to customer on engineering related issues
· Determine of influence manufacturing costs and make recommendations for Production (DFX, DFM)
· Design and order tooling/fixtures for assembly process during proto-type stage
· Lead the effort in product transfer among our worldwide facilities
· Participate in advance technology development
Job Requirements
EDUCATION: B.S. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related field, M.S./M.B.A in Engineering or related is a plus.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 3 years of engineering experience. Experience in the electronic manufacturing is a plus.
LANGUAGE: English proficiency required, Mandarin or Vietnamese is a plus.
SKILLS:
· Strong analytical skills
· Excellent communication and collaborative skills
· Strong knowledge of manufacturing process
· Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
· Knowledge of Agile is preferred
· Knowledge of Valor DFM is preferred
· Knowledge of NPI process is a plus
· IPC training – industry requirement
· Knowledge in AutoCad or Solid Works
