- Input repair data into customer's Quality Tracker data base accurately.
- Corresponding with customer in discussing repair via email
- Manage RMA new and failed parts.
Job Requirements
- Must have PC repair experience
- Linux knowledge
- Be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be Detailed oriented
