Job Responsibilities

  • Create and implement sales plans to penetrate new customers 
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of monthly and quarterly revenue growth opportunities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets 
  • Conducting face to face customer meetings weekly/daily and as necessary to provide support, discuss current issues, provide updates, discuss current and future business and build strong relationships
  • Explore and identify all opportunities where VEST could provide effective solutions
  • Understand customer‘s business strategy, opportunities and issues
  • Understand formal & informal hierarchy, identifying decision makers at the customer 
  • Represent and convey the customer needs internally at VEST, and ensure adequate priorities are set to execute against their needs
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales support when needed
  • Coordinate with Marketing to develop and implement promotional programs/events/campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronic engineering
  • 5+ years of technical sales, project management, or other customer service experience
  • Embedded solutions experience will be a plus
  • Experienced in technical solution selling, with proven track record of sales and account management 
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, result oriented, customer focused
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
  • Team player who embraces responsibility and wants to be part of a winning team
  • Meets and beats deadlines
  • Able to travel frequently
