Job Description
Our client is lookig for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to support their facility in Phoenix, AZ.
Job Responsibilities
- Receive and direct visitors and clients
- Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls
- Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, fax, scan, and mail
- Maintain office supply inventories
- Coordinate and maintain records for staff (timesheets, employee folders, etc.)
- Verify employee timesheets for their accuracy, scan, and e-mail to HR
- Handle requests for information and data (includes performing on-line search for local vendorsas well as looking up local and federal laws)
- Assist with candidate interviews and help with the new employee orientation for the local site
- Provide office support activities for the managers and supervisors to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
- Other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Job Requirements
- Must have good computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must have good interpersonal skills
