Job Responsibilities
- QC repair technician, it needs to test, debug and repair of returned products.
- Familiar with SBC, MB and Security Nework Communication Appliance device's repair and troubleshooting
- Additional tasks include support other teams and interact with HUB management system.
- Must ahve the ability to fill in FA report.
- Inspect system hardware/test
Job Requirements
- Experience with Network equipment in Security Appiances.
- Ability to troubleshooting hardware problems in a high volume repair facility.
- Ability to follow SOP document to carry out RMA repair process
- Ability to read schematic diagram is plus.
- Must be able to lift a 35lbs package.
- 3 year's experience in PC, Network hardware FA and repair.
- College Degree is desirable.
