Job Description

As a member of a sales program team, you will play a key role in executing on the company’s business direct strategy for 2016. Your experience operating in cross-functional environments driving complex, multi-faceted projects to successful conclusion will provide you with the foundation necessary to be successful in this dynamic, high-impact position.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop productive relationships and drive the program management of core teams for execution of the company’s  business direct program.
  • Create and execute project plans, including; managing day-to-day tasks, driving requirements sessions, developing business cases, securing stakeholder buy-in, managing cross-functional projects that deliver important program changes.
  • Manage the budget and partner with Sales Finance and BU Finance to ensure budget stays on track. Raise risks and plans to mitigate if needed.
  • Clarify and confirm roles and responsibilities on projects, and drive accountability and transparency in execution.
  • Identify trade-offs and investments and push for the needs across various decision points in order to make the most progress as fast as possible.
  • Proactively identify and escalate issues and potential obstacles to the successful execution of the company’s Business Direct Program.
  • Ensure all decisions are relevant using data, information, relationships to improve the outcomes of the decisions being executed.
  • Report out on a regular basis to all key stakeholders about progress with core teams. Be the voice of the program for the SR. Director of SMB Sales Programs and develop appropriate communications for her, including managing a shared communications repository and email communications to key stakeholders.

Job Requirements

  • BA/BS with 10-15 years of Program Management experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce systems implementation along with strong, 7+ years of portfolio management background  
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional multidisciplinary teams to launch business programs and projects (not product launches)
  • Ability to rapidly assess a problem, define options, evaluate and execute to address critical business issues
  • Proven leadership success in dynamic environments and ability to rapidly anticipate and adapt to shifting priorities
  • Demonstrated excellence in conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Superlative communication skills, both verbal and written, with demonstrated experience presenting and advocating programs to internal key stakeholders
  • Solid sense of self, balanced with the drive to put team first
  • Global cultural awareness and experience with global teams
  • Capability to deal with executive level internal partners
  • Great sense of humor
