Job Description

The Sr. Sales Support is primarily responsible to provide pre or/and post sales & logistics support to the designated accounts, develop strong relationships, and actively participate in all aspects of activities related to the order fulfillment of Company’s products – translating into steep revenue growth year-on-year.  The position is responsible for the inventory management, including but not limited to forecast and inventory analysis. The position will work closely with our energetic Sales team, Finance counterparts as well as Product Manager. He/she plays a critical role in customer engagement and be responsible for the whole process of sales order management.
The candidate must be aware of the actions of the competition in the market and continuously counter with actions in alignment with our business policies and strategies. The incumbent shall comply with the internal quality control standards and requirements as well as participate in various company-wide initiatives/projects with the ultimate goal of the achievement of sales revenue.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Account Manager(s) to drive additional sales in order to meet the monthly forecast and annual plan
  • Responsible for driving the overall process of the order management, including the execution of the pre-order, order entry processes, shipping dates, prices, back orders and all post-sales related activities (meeting customer criteria, valid product configuration, valid pricing models, revisions, compliance with international and local trade rules and requirements)
  • Responsible for a variety of inventory and sales reports that will analyze sales data
  • Track the performance measurement on delivery performance of customer deliveries (CLIP, RLIP)
  • Coordinate customer PO's, forecast, payments, sales discount and any related sales activities
  • Organizes and handles a variety of logistics, e.g. supply chain services, inventory control, shipment of products and third party warehousing
  • Accurate follow up of sample shipments to the customer, with close information links to the warehouse in order to be up to date to react to urgent customer information requests 
  • Ensure all raised quality and customer complaint issues are handled through the proper quality processes and channels

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Accounting is preferred
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Sales Support is a must
  • Experience in computer hardware sales and/or channel sales is preferred
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English is preferred
  • Must be a self-starter, aggressive, competitive, proactive, motivated, organized, and responsible with the ability to work independently or in a team environment 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working directly with key customers
  • Flexible and responsive; able to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and meet aggressive deadlines
  • Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data and to translate this into concrete actions
  • Excellent analytical skills with ability to multi task
  • Strong team player with can-do attitude experienced with matrix organizations and virtual teams
  • Business driven attitude and a sparring partner for Sales Account Manager(s)
  • Basic ERP knowledge 
  • Commendable PC software application usability skills, specifically, Microsoft Office Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)
